I’m signing up for my second 3-Month program at NXT EFFECT, aside from the outstanding knowledge and professionalism from the coaching staff, what really sets this gym apart is their modern approach to training, there’s no place like it in Syracuse!

This gym is amazing! The trainers are educated and helpful in every aspect of physical fitness. The gym has new and clean equipment as well as some advanced technology to get better workouts without the strain. My mother and I joined this gym a year ago and I have lost close to 90lbs while mama lost 60lbs. Before we joined my mother had massive surgery on her back and neck and the trainers were able to challenge her without hurting and help her gain her strength back. I highly recommend NXT to anyone Trying to better yourself at any level physically and mentally. The professionalism that was shown to me was top notch. Everything is very clean and neat and organized. State of the art equipment and you can’t beat it for the price. Looking for a very professional one on one trainer? This is the place to be.

This gym is amazing, they have state of the art equipmemt, the trainers are professional and very knowlegable. If you haven't taken advantage of the free visit to check the gym out you need to. I am glad I did!!
