“I’ve been a loyal member of this gym for years, and it’s disappointing to see the decline in coaching quality. Many of the experienced and qualified coaches have left, and recently I’ve noticed unqualified individuals leading classes without proper credentials or training. Yoga instructor gives mobility and cross fit , receptions give spin class etc , just to fill in . It feels like management isn’t addressing these concerns. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously before more loyal members decide to leave.”
Absolutely LOVE this gym and this location. They offer SO many classes and this location allows me to take hot yoga, heated mobility, spin, dance, and x45 (like HIIT) which are my favorites! (They also have many other classes here, too!) All in one building!!! The coaches are amazing, the people are amazing, and the results are amazing! 5/5 stars for sure! OH! And they have evening time classes which helps with my busy work schedule! They have classes throughout the entire day which has been SO convenient!
perfect workout place. i am in la mesa and used to do a similar workout in the previous state we lived in. these workouts are challenging but so much fun and rewarding after. just get up and do it. this has always been life changing for me and good for overall health and wellbeing. nice people as well. and they have yoga classes and spin classes which are also great.
So proud to be part of this awesome NXPT community. I took one trial class and never looked back!
