I am a beginner and I never thought I would step foot into this Gym. I always felt intimidated, but I signed up for an afternoon class. WOW. I felt so welcomed and not judged. Great work out! Can’t wait for my next class!
All classes are great but Alejandro's spin class... AMAZING. I had a knee surgery a year ago and this class had made my pain disappear. Alejandro keeps the class up all the time, pushing you to be your best version. Totally recommended. THANK YOU ALEJANDRO.
