I really like most of the teachers and classes at this studio. However, I’ve already seen cockroaches twice in the shower area, as well as ants in the heated room. The floor in the heated room also seems pretty dirty. Whenever I clean it myself, the napkin is always covered in dust and looks dark afterward. Hygiene is a real concern for me, especially in a heated environment where cleanliness and sanitation are very important. I hope the studio can pay more attention to cleaning and maintaining the shower and heated areas.

Bad neighbor: Why do they think it’s ok to send out their customers to run through the neighborhood yelling and panting starting as early as 6am and going on for hours, delusionaly unaware of their surroundings. Quit yelling in front of my house!
If you want to stay fit and shredded, this is the place. Hannibal runs and operates an incredible gym here in La Mesa with an amazing community. They even have a great area for the kids to play while you work out. Absolutely love this gym—I've never experienced so much muscle growth and cardio endurance anywhere else! Short, simple, and elite.
I’ve taken a lot of Hot Yoga classes, but practicing with Dafna is a completely unique experience and by far the best. She encourages us in life and practice. She creates a welcoming environment that makes you want to keep coming back. I started as a beginner and now i’m advancing more and more, every class.
