Took what I thought was a turquoise ring in for sizing . Turns out it was not a genuine turquoise stone but a man made fake . It broke during sizing , not Nwynns fault . Mr Nwynn ordered a genuine turquoise stone and set it in my ring . It’s beautiful !! Furthermore, no charge for the new stone !! Don’t see that kind of service now days !! Customer forever !! Many thanks
