This company is a SCAM!! Do not give them your credit card info!! I used them once back in June and they have continued to charge my card multiple times since then, whenever they need the money. I've called, emailed, and left numerous voicemails, all without response. I've since had to change my credit card info so they stop stealing my money.

I booked NWTLimo (Catonsville, MD) for our anniversary. The car was a little worn, but the driver "Amir" was very courteous... so much so that I tipped him an additional $20 cash out of pocket (even though the tip was already included in the fee). The reason this is a one-star is because we were arbitrarily charged an additional hour for services we did NOT receive. After the driver asked to use our bathroom and sat for a while we loaded our luggage and got into a raged looking Escallade. The roof liner looked like the air bags and gone off and were split open, holes in the dash board, missing and broken pieces of the interior and the A/C did not work. Anyway we made it to DCA on time. On our return trip we had a stop in JFK before arriving home in DC when we got a text message that they didn't have a driver and they were "sorry for the inconvenience"....WHAT!!!
