Fantastic Service from all employees what a change thank you
Just received a radiator and valves from nwt Was quick delivery , but the radiator had a few chips , thought I had paid for stainless steel ,but my plumber said it was chrome . I got the valves out of the box both had exactly the same scratches on top , and had the white tape still on from been previously fitted 😲 I paid full price not second hand couldn’t return them as my plumber had to fit them today !! don’t think I will be buying from this company again

Ordered one radiator and two sets of valves, as I had ordered another radiator from elsewhere. Got a phone call the next day to check I hadn't mis-ordered. Great level of service and very fast delivery. Very good quality of products. Thank you!
