Absolutely brilliant service and product. Delivery was super quick also. The towel radiator we bought was much better than Victorian Plumbing’s equivalent and cheaper. What more could you ask for?!
Absolutely fabulous service even for a small but important spare part for our towel rail. It needed to be shipped to Germany, which was a problem for others but not for NWT. Thank you!!

Just received a radiator and valves from nwt Was quick delivery , but the radiator had a few chips , thought I had paid for stainless steel ,but my plumber said it was chrome . I got the valves out of the box both had exactly the same scratches on top , and had the white tape still on from been previously fitted 😲 I paid full price not second hand couldn’t return them as my plumber had to fit them today !! don’t think I will be buying from this company again
