I love the housing here! The people are so professional and everything is beautiful!
Megan has been OUTSTANDING with the entire process getting her and helping us get settled. Everything is well taken care of, there are tons of fields and ball fields for kids to burn off energy, a well maintained pool with life guards for your kids to play, a recreational place for the kids to have fun, and it truly is a prime location! First, our home doesnt look like any of these pictures. Secondly, the military should be ashamed housing their families in these old, moldy, run down homes and taking all of our BAH to live here. There is no where off base for military families to go with the BAH provided for Colts Neck unless you live 45+ minutes away or are willing to live in the hood and send your kids to a terrible school. We’ve lived on base here for a year and a half. This is some of the nicest base housing we’ve ever lived in while in the military. The staff was kind, courteous, & responsive. Maintenance issues were handled promptly if we ever had issues. Highly recommend living in this community.
