My experience with Nancy at NWR was very professional and excellent customer service contact throughout the entire process of replacing my Alfa Romeo windshield. Nancy’s company only installs the auto glass they do not have control over the manufacturing process of auto glass so sometimes it takes time to receive your windshield but it is not NWR holding up the of shipment. I support local businesses and I would use Nancy’s company over their nationwide competitor.
I picked this company because they are the third party VW use, so I can have them replace my windshield that has sensors and has to be replaced by someone who knows what they are doing. I called them in December and the insurance approved the request. I was talking to NANCY who is one of the owners she said and she first said they have to wait for the glass to come replace it, I called again almost a month after and she said they are still waiting, the plan was that we wait for the glass to come then we find a date so they c... read more
My experience with Nancy was very easy and professional. I was able to text her with any questions I had about the process and she put my mind at ease by knowing everything that my car would need to be done correctly by Audi Wesley Chapel. Nancy at NWR is extremely unprofessional and I have the text thread to prove how disrespectful she was being. While I was just simply trying to pay for the services. I asked if we can meet somewhere to give payment, and she insisted I just text her phone a picture of my credit or debit card, which I thought was a little sketchy.
