I had a very disappointing experience with Next Wave Roofing. Despite clearly marked "No Soliciting" signs on my property, a representative from the company left an unsolicited letter on my porch, blatantly disregarding my privacy. This is not only unprofessional but also constitutes trespassing under Colorado law. Their lack of respect for my personal space and legal rights is unacceptable. This company ripped me off to the tune of $9,284.12. They do not communicate with customers and, in our case, ignored us.
We called Next Wave Roofing out for an emergency roof patch on a commercial property. They began work without meeting or talking to ownership. When staff inquired about price he was evasive and cryptic. At the end of the first day of work he told us 'we're around a thousand'. His team returned the following two days (Monday and Tuesday) completed the work. We then received an invoice for 10K.
