I bought a new bike from NW Pro Gear yesterday. The guys in the shop were super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with the bike that I took home and I’m confident that it’s the right bike for me. Great experience overall!
Just bought a bike from NwProGear Bike Shop today. The staff was helpful, and the store had a comfortable atmosphere. I ordered online and picked it up in person. It was a super easy process. They gave the bike a quick check-up before I left (it was used). I’ll be going back. In fact, I plan to buy my college-bound child a bike here before they leave for winter term. Highly recommend the shop.

Highly recommend NWProGear! We were on the hunt for our first high quality bikes with a general idea for what we wanted but very limited technical knowledge. Everyone who works there is incredibly attentive, helpful, and generous with their time (this is not an exaggeration). We peppered them with questions and test rode a handful of bikes, and accidentally kept them past closing time but they didn’t even hint at wanting to get us out of there.
