Incredible selection. Good prices. So patient, while I tried out about 50 different bikes. Did their best to fit me to bikes I liked, on the fly (even swapping out a HB extender). No sales pressure at all. Could not more strongly recommend.

Everyone did an awesome job, made me feel comfortable with the bike I chose. Let me know they are there if I need them AT ANYTIME. Thank you so much for everything. You guys are amazing.

The service was top tier I never felt like I was lost or needed help from the second I walked in I was greeted by bike specialist I would assume who with his Wizardry conjure me up a bike within 20 minutes right before they closed all the bells and whistles I'd say anybody that wants a e-bike Northwest Pro gear is where you should get it from.

Walked in today and Tim helped me find the perfect bike. Some of the best customer service I had in awhile. 100% go here for a new bike, used bike, or bike help!
