On Saturday morning, we realized we had no hot water. Our out of town company was here for our high school reunion so we were in a pickle. We immediately contacted NWP but the driver already had his deliveries scheduled and there was no guarantee he could get to us. By the middle of the afternoon, we had hot water! NWP has just completed installation of a new propane tank and demonstrated excellent customer service. Travis and Lincoln arrived right on time and immediately got to work, explaining everything they did as they worked. Their attention to detail and efficiency were notable, but their concern for our satisfaction with placement of the tank was especially appreciated. Had a great customer service experience with NWP customer service representative Brooke. She was helpful and very knowledgeable. Due to her great customer service, we are changing our LP Gas provider to NWP.
The tank crew, Travis and Lincoln, swapped out my DOT tank today. True professionals, and thankful for that because I had a leak at my gas oven connection. Four stars, because their truck is leaking fluid (thankfully they had pads on the ground to catch the fluid) and hopefully it won't inhibit them from doing their job safely. They both did outstanding work. Thank you.
