Was very satisfied with a recent repair that Wayne (and his sidekick) did on our camper trailer's HVAC unit. Responded to my call quickly, provided a quote, and did the work in a timely and professional manner. Would wholeheartedly recommend him for on-site camper repairs.
Never fell short of what he said and always did more than expected. Honesty & RV finally come together LOL
We needed our sink repaired in our RV, called and they came out to the camp site the same day. Service call was $100 and labor $100 per hour excluded the parts, reasonable price for a last call fix, but I really appreciate the quick turnaround.
For 17 years we have been full-time RV'rs and we were having a problem with some of our 12v lighting working and some were not working. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Prior to them arriving I found the issue and was able to resolve the problem myself. I called to cancel the service and found out they were already half way here, so I offered to compensate them for their time and fuel.
