Never fell short of what he said and always did more than expected. Honesty & RV finally come together LOL
We needed our sink repaired in our RV, called and they came out to the camp site the same day. Service call was $100 and labor $100 per hour excluded the parts, reasonable price for a last call fix, but I really appreciate the quick turnaround.
For 17 years we have been full-time RV'rs and we were having a problem with some of our 12v lighting working and some were not working. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Prior to them arriving I found the issue and was able to resolve the problem myself. I called to cancel the service and found out they were already half way here, so I offered to compensate them for their time and fuel. On Saturday we were camping for the weekend at Kerr Lake campground when we lost all power in our camper . Kerr lake maintenance came to the site and repaired the electric pole but our camper still didn’t have any power. We called Keystone and spoke with a RV tech he advised we would need a RV tech to come out and diagnose why our camper still did not have power .
