Kelsey Dyer has been unbelievably helpful as my pelvic health PT both before and after my first birth this past November! She is extremely knowledgeable on research in the field, and provides expert recommendation on everything from labor prep, pushing mechanics, and pelvic floor recovery. She has been instrumental in helping decrease the fears coming from unknowns with a first pregnancy, and provided countless resources as well as do-able home exercises that I could keep up with.
