Lovely shop on Montana run by personable, knowledgeable people, especially Nadia, the owner, and Debra (stylist). Their inventory is impressive and they really created a special experience for us. None of the unpleasant attitude you sometimes get at wedding dress boutiques.
Would not recommend someone purchasing a dress here. Jenna the sales person is rude and is more focused on her bridal styling pitch than finding your dress. She recommended several customizations like it was normal. My dress came in very wrong. Wrong color lining and wrong sizing. I spent $1400 on a tailor they recommended for the fix and still had to take my dress to another tailor to get it presentable 48 hours before my flight to my wedding at an additional cost of $400. I wanted NWLA to be the “palate cleanser” boutique visit to reset my wedding dress shopping experience, which was starting to get exhausting… but it was everything and more.
