I had the absolute best experience at NWLA. I was so nervous for wedding dress shopping, but Nadia and Jenna made me feel so beautiful and cared for. Jenna picked out the perfect dress for me based on some of my ideas. I cannot wait to wear it at my wedding this weekend!! Thank you so much.
I had the absolute best experience with NWLA! Debra made the experience absolutely incredible. This was the first place I was trying on dresses and it exceeded all my expectations — and actually put the other store we went to later that day to shame! She was so fun and personable, and the dresses made me feel so confident!
I really enjoyed my experience at NWLA and my time with Debra as my stylist. I went 3 times to try on dresses: my first appointment, a trunk show, and a third time to try on one dress to show my mom. Debra was patient and creative and brought our vision to life. When my mom’s flight was delayed multiple times, she adjusted our appointment time without issue. Although I didn’t find my dress at this store, it was such an amazing experience. I recommend it!
I don’t usually write reviews, but the ladies at this bridal shop truly deserve it. I ran into their shop on the day of my wedding still looking for my fiancés wedding garter. They made me feel so welcome and searched high and low for their last one. They were so sweet and kind. Thank you!
I went to NW LA recently to try on dresses. My best friend was in town and it was the first place I made an appointment with. When I walked in, it was confusing as no one welcomed me or acknowledged my presence. I walked to the back and the stylist, Jenna, I was scheduled with was very brisk. She did not introduce herself or create a welcoming environment.
