Found my dream dress here! The staff is amazing!
The older blonde lady is rather unpleasant to customers. Maybe it’s just her face and her personality but I’m not sure it’s suitable when people are spending hundreds or thousands of dollars.
We just purchased my oldest daughter's grad dress at NWL. I have two younger daughters and our first dress buying experience went so well that we will definitely be buying all of our special occasion dresses from NWL. The team is absolutely superb - so professional and knowledgeable, listen to and trust their advice. Thank you, NWL.
