I had a great experience here during my first time dress shopping! Everyone was so welcoming and created a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and we got so much accomplished during the appointment. I accidentally booked the wrong type of appointment, and the team handled it so seamlessly, they completely pivoted and still made everything feel special. Found my dream dress here! The staff is amazing!
The older blonde lady is rather unpleasant to customers. Maybe it’s just her face and her personality but I’m not sure it’s suitable when people are spending hundreds or thousands of dollars.
We just purchased my oldest daughter's grad dress at NWL. I have two younger daughters and our first dress buying experience went so well that we will definitely be buying all of our special occasion dresses from NWL.
