I can’t thank everyone at NWK enough! The coaches and the members truly make this place special! This gym is a solid 10/10. Although my time here was short due to personal circumstances and moving out of the area, I know this would have been my forever gym if I’d stayed local. But I definitely have the bug! I joined NWK after moving to Maidstone, having never done CrossFit but having been been to many different gyms and fitness studios over the years. I have to say NWK is by far the best I have been to! I was new to CrossFit when I joined NWK and they have been great. from the start they have been great, all the coaches are very knowledgeable and make it easy to learn. They are very good at motivating you even through some horrid workouts. I have loved my time there so far.
Super friendly community and classes are absolutely excellent. Crossfit, gymnastics (so fun!) and bootcamp sessions are always an excellent challenge with the best support and motivation from all of the coaches to meet you at your level. An absolute must is the 1:1 and barbell classes with Cheryl Crosbie - her technical knowledge and teaching is absolutely next level and has transformed my lifting in only a few months! Thank you to all the team at NWK - ye are magic! ✨️
