This was an installation in my mother's house in Gary, IN. My Family collectively oversaw everything from afar since we all live in various places across the country. NWI Heating and Air was aware of our unique situation and worked with us on days to assess/provide quote and schedule the install. They did a superb job! Their entire staff, from scheduler to Technicians, were such an excellent group to work with. Everyone’s effort, at NWI, resulted in such a smooth transaction for my Family. My air conditioner was leaking. I called NWI Heating & Air Solutions and they were able to come out that day. The technician was very polite and efficient. He found the problem and fixed it very quickly. This company is definitely my go to for all of my Heating and Air needs. Thank you for a wonderful job!!!
I found my A/C inop this morning when I awoke. I called NWI HVAC to schedule an appointment, resigned to going several days till they could get to me. They squeezed me in this morning between jobs! Justin showed up and within a few minutes had the problem solved. Total on-site time was, maybe, 30 minutes. Excellent service after the sale. I'm very glad I chose NWI HVAC to install my new Furnace/AC last fall. Integrity, service and a very competitive price.
