We received prompt service on our AC unit, where the capacitor failed. I anticipated it taking several days based on the heat wave, but NWI Heating was flexible and was able to come out much sooner. John made quick work of the repair and was very friendly. We know we will need to replace our 20+ year old furnace soon and have already decided this is the company we want work with. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy and pleased with your company. Came out super fast, which I appreciated in the 100 degree plus heat. Everyone was kind and courteous. Technician Jesse was very nice, and personable. Everyone went above board to help me in this stressful situation.
Excellent, prompt and professional service. I called in the middle of the recent heat wave to have my mom's AC unit serviced. I was not expecting same day service, but because she is elderly, they prioritized this and had the AC humming the same afternoon. Highly recommended.
