Tim and Cheri are fantastic!!!! We moved out of our house then put it on the market - they took care of the house as if it were their own. They went over and above to make sure it was ready to show at any time. We feel like they are our friends now - like family. These clowns were the sellers agent on a house. The seller happened to be a long time family friend of mine and I was unaware they were selling the house until they signed with them. I was interested in the house and was certain we would be able to come to an agreeable arrangement. Unfortunately my investments are not in cash and I was going to need ~2 months of the monies sitting in my account to "season" for the loan....according to my lender.
