Communication and follow ups have improved tremendously since my original 2 star review. Nice Doctor & Associate. New location is much nicer too!
After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I inquire about my appointment. That's when they decide to tell they're behind because the wifi is down. Why not tell me that first, instead of making me wait and then ask if I want to reschedule...... um, no.
The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Queen is so helpful and kind. Daniel was very thorough in his assessment and made the appropriate referral and suggestions for symptoms management in the meantime. Wait time was a little long but as is any specialist and that's to be expected.
I would strongly caution others before trusting this office with their care. From September through December, I repeatedly left messages trying to get an appointment. When I finally did receive one and went to the practice, the office was closed. I called again and sent emails, all of which appeared to go unanswered. I continued leaving messages until March, when I received a reminder for an appointment, only to find out it had been sent in error and was not actually booked for me.
