Used for the last two years and they completely transformed my yard. Always courteous, great communicators, and took the time to troubleshoot some issues we were having with our lawn. Highly recommend.
We were paying over $1500 per year with Fairway lawns, NWA Turfpro is doing our lawn for $700 per year. Got a bad infestation of army worms when we had fairway lawns, they wanted $205 to treat our lawn on top of the $1550 we already pay them per year, NWA Turfpro only charges $50 to treat for Army worms. So $1755 at Fairway lawns down to $750 with NWA Turfpro. Customer service is also 100% better with Turfpro, I can text my rep directly with any questions and receive a response the same day. Been using these folks for over a year and have been very pleased with not only their work but customer service as well.
Good people, professional. Knowledgeable, for sure. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Wish they would leave Blow-Pops instead of DumDum's with my invoice, but hey, what are you gonna do.
