Used Scarlet for years for multiple properties, but she became extremely unreliable over the past year. Many examples of her canceling appointments the day the place was supposed to be cleaned, as if it wouldn't be a problem. She lacks respect for her clients and will never again get our business.
I have been a customer for about a year. Scarlett has done a great job cleaning my house since day one! I showed her what I wanted cleaned and she made suggestions to my plan. She knows what should be cleaned (unlike me). Since then, I usually take my dog out for some exercise while she cleans and when I come back it looks sooo amazing. Can't recommend enough.
