I, too, had Philip come on a service call to replace a mixing valve, a utility sink faucet, and flush a tankless water heater. He was excellent at explaining each step, took great care to minimize disruption, and checked in with me about my options. He also pointed out an additional area of concern that I hadn't considered. I hired these guys to fix a leak and not only was the gentleman very polite, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Needless to say, I’ll be hiring these folks any time I have a plumbing issue. Thanks for doing an excellent job Philip and sharing your knowledge. I did forget to ask about a military discount though. That would’ve been appreciated.
