Been seeing Matheus for last two years off and on. It’s strange because it doesn’t feel like you’re doing much but it really takes a lot of strength and gives me a good work out. After about three sessions I started breathing through my nose when I sleep which I’ve never done in fifty plus years. I’m not sure how it works but I have a couple other issues that I need fixed. I was dealing with neck pain since 2015. I am a competive jiu jitsu athlete and needed relief before the 2024 World Championship. After 2 months of functional patterns with Matheus my neck felt better than it had since before my pain began. I went on to win the 2024 World Championship, my first world championship win as a black belt! I can not recommend functional patterns enough!
