Very professional. Quick unload..
I first made contact with this company on May 7, 2024. Seemed like I had finally found a company to install some new equipment at my Wash. After exchanging 12 texts and having the owner continue to feed me lies and excuses I had to find a more reputable company that knows how customer service works. It's not difficult. 90% of it is just communication and being honest. Really a shame since I was going to start buying chemicals from them as well. Proceed with caution with this company.
Great group of guys 10/10 would recommend
Purchaed Oasis XP and install from NW Wash Systems. Unit had defect which took six months to find and fix. Eventually ran ok. NW Wash has had high turnover in wash technicians. They also struggled during Covid to stock spares and chems. They let me run out of chemicals despite clear instructions to always stock spares in my equipment room. This led me to buy chems elesewhere. Shortly after switching away from them for chems, John (the owner) let me know they would no longer repair/maintain my wash.
