I have been riding for 3 years now and the service was good until a few months ago. They are always late( half an hour to an hour) with no apologies. I have spoken to them several times and all they say is we're short staffed. No compassion for the rider who has been waiting outside in a wheelchair for them to arrive. I can't wait inside because they only wait 5 minutes now for you. Terrible service. If I am late and miss an apt I am charged for it even though its not my fault. If I could give a zero star rating I would. This company is by far the worst. They will cancel your ride without any notice & then act stupid like they did nothing wrong. You have to repeat yourself several times in order for them to understand what you’re saying, even if you speak slow, clear & even spell it out for them. Instead of taking the most obvious quick route to a place, they will take the longest, bumpiest route possible & drive like a maniac on Coke.
