Management is nonexistent. Had brake pads changed on my truck and 1 brake caliper was not tightened correctly and one side of caliper had completely came loose inside of my wheel. I was stuck on side of road for 6 hours before I could arrange truck to get back to there shop. Wheel was gouged on the inside of wheel where caliper rubbed wheel. I wish i knew about this place earlier. Very reasonable price on tires. In and out time was good. Customer service .
Good God, the service tech who came to change out my 3 box truck tires in Sidney MT, Rey is a true freak of nature. Talk about showing one's experience in an amazing way. Dude straight up did all 3 tires in 35 minutes. It takes a special kind of talented person at one's job to impress me, but he definitely did exactly that. Fastest tire changer I've ever seen in my 25 years as a commercial driver.
Got me right in. They replaced 2 tires for me while I waited.
