I called the day before Thanksgiving and they fit me into the schedule to get my tires put on. Additionally, I was a miscommunication on their estimate which was the reason I went there. And guess what, they made it right without blinking. By far the best experience I've had at an auto shop in several years.
This NW Tire location is great! Matt & Kyle helped us out this latest visit. Had a big trip coming up & a suspect tire. Appreciative that they fit us into their busy schedule. NW Tire checked it out & repaired the problem promptly. This time & every time we've been here, the staff has been friendly & the service excellent. Highly recommended!
My daughter goes to school in Fargo and scheduled an appointment to put new tires on her vehicle. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and resourceful. The only negative I have is that they never explained the warranty and the benefits she gets with that warranty. Simple customer service.
Great service thus far but their waiting room is definitely sub-par. Cold coffee and a table with wood on top of two tires. If I'm stuck there for 3 hours for car repair...bring your phone fully charged and head phones. I've done business with them before and I recently almost tipped over their make-shift table putting my legs up. Otherwise Kyle and Eric kick butt. Pay-em.
