One of the worst experiences I’ve had in business, along with one of the rudest managers I’ve ever seen. I purchased two Toyo tires for $1,600, but after only three months, one of them started leaking air from the side due to the tire’s aging ( old tire ) There were small cracks along with the air leak. I can’t thank the team enough for getting me in so quickly on this warm day!! We had a trailer full of show llamas heading to our national Show in Iowa!! Had a tire issue that couldn’t be patched but they got us in and out so quickly! Thank you NW Tire Team !! Hopefully we didn’t disturb productivity too much with llama selfies!!
