I was very impressed by the honesty, integrity and knowledge of the company especially Eric the manager. He explained very well what was wrong with my truck. He said he didn't want me to spend extra money on parts that I didn't need. I have been doing business with Northwest throughout the years. I'd recommend better tire balancing practices. Also I wouldn't recommend convincing people something if you don't know what you're talking about. Sometimes the customer is right believe it or not...I'll save the embarrassment by not posting any photos. Someone on the team needs better training, clearly the rapsheet is getting longer on the reviews.
Have make appointment to get tire fixed. I spend over 15k in tires there and get treaded like stranger. Looking else where.
NW TIRE did a great job getting me set up with tires on my box truck ! Fast and great to work with . Price was also very reasonable .
Josh did a great job taking care of me with new tires and service. The staff there is quick and thorough.
