Always very friendly and super helpful!! Got me in and out right away, (without notice) for a new battery first time, and new set of awesome tires for my fleet vehicle the next time. Above and beyond service!! :)
Super bad experience, I went to the store early for an appointment and this really ENTITLED guys did not let me speak when I tried to ask some questions about my appointment, he just interrupted me 4 times feeling like if I was stupid. He told me 45 minutes to help me because there was 3 people ahead of me, so what was the point of the appointment? They simply don't listen to customers. Told them exactly what work I needed done & what parts and materials I wanted & and needed. They decided to give me the cheapest of everything they had instead of what I actually requested.
I called the day before Thanksgiving and they fit me into the schedule to get my tires put on. Additionally, I was a miscommunication on their estimate which was the reason I went there. And guess what, they made it right without blinking. By far the best experience I've had at an auto shop in several years.
