Had what I needed on hand and could get me in the same afternoon that I called. Very good selection of tires on hand. Several different brands to choose from. Multiple workbays, so wait time is usually short. Schedule an appointment and they will have everything ready to service your vehicle when you get there.

Heads up it’s a Brag post…… this is a “I’ll be fine” to Mom comment right here!! NW Tire Mandan was a limping 7 miles away and took this job in clutch! Going into the start of the weekend blowing a tire on the highway and the spare was already being used for a tire waiting to be replaced by XX tire shop and couldn’t full fill. These fellas with their quickness to change the one, had no problem taking the sale for a second. Thanks gentlemen for making it happen in time crunch moment! I had an outstanding experience at NW Tire thanks to their exceptional customer service! There was a small scheduling miscommunication on my end, but Levi—one of the service writers—went above and beyond to make things right. Instead of just rescheduling or waiting until my scheduled appointment, he personally stepped away from the service desk, pulled my vehicle in himself, and completed my tire rotation, oil change, and service point inspection on his own. I’m pretty sure the intentionally did something to mess up my front wheel alignment. I took my truck in to have the wheels balanced and rotated. Now seven days later, my front wheels are worn so badly on the outside edges that I have to replace them. When I drive down the road it sounds like I am constantly peeling out.
