We were on our way to Fargo and discovered we had a leak in our tire. Reached out to Shannon, manager, to see if they could fix. He was super friendly and even called us back to make sure we would get there in time to get it fixed (they closed at Noon). Did a great job explaining the issue and the tech patched pronto. Great service!
Had a Flat in My Rental Car. Towed it here. The Took it in and found it put a hole in the Wheel, not just the tire. Manager wouldn't charge me for lifting it and removing and re-installing the wheel. Offered me coffee and water while I waited for the Rental Car Replacement. Used their power and internet for my laptop. Walked to Applebees for lunch and He offered me a ride back when the Rental Car Tow Company showed up because it was freezing out. Super Nice People. I sent Domino's Pizza Lunch as a Thank You. We started going here a few years back and wouldn't choose anyone else to go to with our 3 cars...now it's time to buy new tires on one...guess where I am going,
We had a tire emergency at 3:30pm last Wednesday in the RV we recently rented. The RV company referred us to this place and they were so wonderful! We were so impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly and safely again!
