Took pickup for front end alignment cause it pulled to right needed tie rod which was replaced They rotated tires after that it pulled to left took back checked alignment it was ok. Rotated the front tire from side to side still pulled Was told it’s caused from rotating tire Never had that a vehicle do that when you rotate tires It’s BS. Took elsewhere and had it checked. The chamber was off now it steers way way it should
First off they answer their phone quickly, always a good sign. They didn't have the tires for my car in stock but they ordered them up for me and they arrived on time. Came by for my appointment and they had me in and out in timely fashion. If I find myself in these parts the next time I need tires they will have repeat business. We brought our son up to Dickinson to college-5 hours from home. As we were gassing up to leave, we realized there was not just one, but two nails in out tire! It was almost noon on Saturday, and every tire shop in town was shutting down for the day. Not only did NW Tire fit us in, they didn’t charge us for the repair. You don’t see that every day! Thank you!!
