Very pleased with our experience with NW Tires. We were heading out on a kayak trip but one tire on our vehicle was low and we had just refilled it. We took it over to NW Tire and they got us in right away. They found a screw in our tire and fixed it and it and we were able to get back on the road. Kayak day saved!
Fred and his team are amazing! I had a tire blow while visiting Grand Forks and knew I needed to get to NWTire. I was not let down. Not only did they get me in as soon as I got there, but they gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get home over an hour away in time for my daughter's birthday party. So friendly, so helpful, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. If you ever need anything for your vehicle, don't even bother going anywhere else!
Scheduled a new tire appointment. Quoted 40 minutes. Told them I didn't have time to do the tires that day if I couldn't get in and out in 45 minutes max. Told the guy when I got there I needed to get going as soon as possible. Checked with them 30 minutes in and he said it would be another 30 minutes. Took 90 minutes total. These guys are amazing and so nice. They will treat you right and are not trying to rip you off. Prior to heading to NW Tire, I went in to get my oil changed somewhere else. When I pulled in they said oh you have a nail in your tire. It's in the sidewall and can't be fixed. I saw the nail, and being no expert on tires, assumed they were correct that it couldn't be fixed. Called ahead and made an appointment with Tim yesterday. Also called back 30 minutes later to change the time, again with Tim. Went in today for my appointment and he'd no record of the appointment, said he didn't remember we'd spoken, and wasn't going to be able to handle my walk-in business because of the weather. I won't be going back, or recommending them to anyone else. If you use them, I hope you're treated better.
