Took a while but the found a bent wheel which ga e them issues on the balance machine. Friendly and transparent crew. Wouldn't have take. That long but the bent wheel was the issue there.
Very reliable with excellent quality. Not cheap but fair. Best tire store around, there is a reason all the farmers are here getting their trucks fixed. No gimmicks.
I wanted to give more stars because the guy that emailed me the tire quote and helped me at the front desk was very nice and helpful and he deserves a much higher review because he was the best part of the experience. However, the rest was quite a disappointment. I was choosing between just going to Walmart or going to NW Tire in the first place because Walmart would have had cheaper tires, cheaper installation, AND cheaper warranty (but the same), but I opted to go with NW Tire because I thought SURELY they would be more r... read more
Very fast and kind. They showed me exactly what was wrong and explained thoroughly even though I don't know much about cars. They were so nice and made everything make sense!
I highly recommend these guys. They have always been kind, honest and professional. They have always done great work and haven't had any issues what so ever. One time, we brought our vehicle in because we thought the valve stem was broken. The tech. said that is was still in good condition and they didn't need to do anything with it. Then they didn't even charge us to look at it, which was absolutely amazing. I will continue to bring my car to them. Please keep up the amazing work.
