Very reliable with excellent quality. Not cheap but fair. Best tire store around, there is a reason all the farmers are here getting their trucks fixed. No gimmicks.
I wanted to give more stars because the guy that emailed me the tire quote and helped me at the front desk was very nice and helpful and he deserves a much higher review because he was the best part of the experience. However, the rest was quite a disappointment. I was choosing between just going to Walmart or going to NW Tire in the first place because Walmart would have had cheaper tires, cheaper installation, AND cheaper warranty (but the same), but I opted to go with NW Tire because I thought SURELY they would be more r... read more
Very fast and kind. They showed me exactly what was wrong and explained thoroughly even though I don't know much about cars. They were so nice and made everything make sense!
It was a new tire with barely 1000 miles on it. The north store just pulled the same crap. Never offered me road hazard and when i called they were complete jerks and blamed me for them not offering road hazard. Terrible customer service at every one of their stores ive gone. No wonder theyre cheaper than everywhere else New tire blew they did nothing and expensive
#1 service center in Bismarck. From fluid services to tires, brakes and beyond, this staff is the most thorough crew I've worked with. Their decisions are data driven. They work with customers by providing images of problems, test results and more. I don't go anywhere else for general automotive needs.
