I had my carpal tunnel release surgery at NW Surgery Center. The place is very clean and cold just as I would expect from a surgery center. I was impressed by the kindness & professionalism of the staff. No one was rushing or doing things hurriedly. I was treated so well and I’m very glad my surgeon performed my procedure there!
I had a very wonderful & positive experience at the NW Surgery Center. The staff were very pleasant & friendly. Everybody welcomed us with a big smile. I was early and was escorted to the waiting room immediately. Dr. Fiori came in & explained everything that he was going to do during the surgery, & instructions for after the surgery. The anesthesiologist came in & introduced himself & that he was in charge of putting me to sleep. My first time there. It was a great experience. Staff were friendly and professional. Wait time was short. Both doctors were very informative, listened to my questions and answered them. Made me feel at ease. Dr. Fiore did a great job! My recovery was swift and practically painless. Great job overall! I would recommend them to anyone!
