Pelvic Floor Therapy I was given two choices when I went to my doctor because I was having problems with bladder control. Physical therapy or surgery (there are other options) but this was by choices. I thought there is NO way PT is going to stop my bladder issues. I didn’t leak I gushed. I wore a huge depends pad that I’d have to change twice a day. Anything would make me leak: laughing, coughing, sneezing, lifting, tripping, getting out of my car, even when I looked at a toilet.
