We bought a travel trailer from NW RV Wholesale in February and had a great experience from start to finish. Unlike many other dealers, no sales tactics or pressure to buy were employed. Tim was selling the exact low mileage barely used motor home I spent 9 months looking for. I found Tim to be very professional, negotiable and accommodating to my high expectations. I have complete confidence in Tim and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great value on a used RV.
I purchased a trailer from a family friend and had no idea how to tow it or what I would need. I called to ask if they sold accessories, he gave me some great recommendations on what I would need and where to get everything. He talked to me for about 10 minutes, sharing his knowledge, knowing that I was not in the market to buy a trailer. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
Looking at the reviews we were skeptical but we had a great experience. My brother lives in California and asked me to please check out a motor home he found online. It was a great deal, I came to look at it everything seemed good so the following weekend he flew in and test drove it. He didn’t have all the money so Tim very patiently waited for him to send me the check and had it ready the following week when we brought him all the money. I would avoid this dealership if you have the choice. Communication is absolutely horrible and no trust when they tell you anything. I was going to purchase from them and ignore the other bad reviews but I'm glad it didn't work out and they didn't get my momey.
