Bobby and his team of skilled professionals are a dream to work with. My company Cascade AeroBarrier has been a trade partner of theirs for a few years now. The attention to detail and the care they put into their homes is impressive. One thing I really appreciate is they always pay on time. This can’t be said for other builders we work with. This is a really good indicator of a healthy well run business.
Giving them a 2 star is stretching it and the 2 star goes to a couple of the general contractors that did their best! NW ROOTS should stick to doing new construction in SUNCADIA (although I’ve heard through the grapevine they don’t do quality work there either) and stay away from remodels! We paid over $40,000 for a tiny kitchen remod that was botched in more ways than I can count! One of the contractors so kindly even dropped one of his tools and dented my brand new and very expensive fridge that was out of the box one day.... read more
