Nathan worked quickly and efficiently to repair our sunroom subfloor that rotted due to a poor installation in the early 2000s. He laid a vapor barrier, stone and replaced the subfloor with the proper pressure-treated plywood, then worked with us on finished flooring options. NW Renovations was very flexible in scheduling the work, and the finished product is very nice. We are happy with the work, but were unable to contract him again for a mini-split HVAC system in the same space...he's just been too busy. Recommended nonet... read more
