Family member went there for an X-ray right when they opened. Waited over an hour and a half as the tech was a no-show for work
Whoever answers the phone here is extremely rude.
Horrible experience! They sent us to collections after 60 days of non-payment for a whopping $28.56. Avoid this company at all cost... I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews on yelp before scheduling....NEVER AGAIN!
Showed up to my MRI appointment only to find out my insurance had denied the procedure, and I was expected to self-pay. I was not contacted that the procedure was denied. When I tried to check-in, the gentleman at the front desk said he didn’t see any record that I’d been contacted either. After I spoke with my doctor (who said they were not contacted and NW Radiology didn’t follow up properly after the procedure was denied), the woman I spoke with at the front desk called someone who claims they reached out to me the mornin... read more
If you don't have insurance, you will be charged out the wazoo and they do not give any assistance except to break up the amount into monthly payments. Then they will overcharge you.
