Terrible service. Never using this agency.
Worst experience of our life. We provided all tax info needed by February and taxes were not filed on time. They did not file an extension. We didn’t receive our $800 return but instead We were penalized approximately $1,000. We had to email over and over to get anywhere with them. They had the worst customer service and wanted to charge us around $1,000 for services. This is only a small snippet of the problems. I recommend you NEVER use them.
