Extremely poor experience. My wife answered the door in a cordial manner and answered the questions posed to her. After she felt the conversation was over, she let him know that he would have to move his truck as he was blocking our shared driveway to which he became offended and as my wife was finishing a sentence he turned around and drove away. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owner, Filberto, is rude and unprofessional. I greeted him and answered his questions in an upbeat friendly tone. I then informed him that we have a shared driveway that he is blocking. He scoffed in response. I repeated myself and asked him to please move his truck. He said “I know, but how else do you expect me to talk to you.” For context, we have a cul-de-sac with ample parking just below. Filiberto and his wife did an amazing job cleaning up my small pond. They took care of my fish during the cleaning process, and left it looking so fresh and clean. Price was fair. Definitely recommend them and I plan to use them annually moving forward. Before and after photos attached.
Terrific experience. NW Pond services were professional from start to finish - they were punctual, equipped with all the necessary tools, willing and able to adapt to situations (like draining the pond all the way to the street drainage), and most of all they were communicative. Our appointment was easy to book, but they confirmed, as well as shot quick texts to let us know when they were on their way and had arrived. Simple things like that go a long way.
