Terrific experience. NW Pond services were professional from start to finish - they were punctual, equipped with all the necessary tools, willing and able to adapt to situations (like draining the pond all the way to the street drainage), and most of all they were communicative. Our appointment was easy to book, but they confirmed, as well as shot quick texts to let us know when they were on their way and had arrived. Simple things like that go a long way.
