I was referred to Austin at NW orthopedics by a neighbor. I was going to a different PT clinic and had my injury get worse while working with them unfortunately. My neighbor couldn't say enough good things about Austin. Today was my last session with him and I now see why. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always was willing to listen. Lack of care and response time and a rude front desk response was over the top. After seeing the provider three weeks ago and then an mri 10 days ago there has been no further contact or follow up from a Dr. For care. When I went to the clinic again today they did not want to take any more walk-ins and when I asked yhe office person about my situation they just told me that not hearing from anyone is just the way it is, the providers are too busy and there wasnt anything g else to do and literally turned around and walked aw... read more

The best experience at a medical facility I've ever had. I was recommended there by my PCP, walked right in, had X-rays done on the spot and they got me an MRI the next day. So many times it's weeks or months to get in places and these guys got it all done in two days, very quick and organized. The staff and doctors are fantastic too, couldn't recommend them more.
