The best experience I’ve had with a car person! He explained everything to me and was very thorough with his job! Fixed my car when i had no idea what was going on and thought i was going to lose her, but he saved her! Best car surgeon out here. I can’t recommend him enough! 19/19 stars!
Just had a pleasant experience with a mobile auto repair service! Zac, of NW Mobile Auto Repair, came over last week to install a new battery for us. Replaced the dead battery, checked everything out, even checked to see if there might be other issues. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. All-around nice guy. And, his price is reasonable. Would definitely hire him again for any auto related issues. We highly recommend Zac and his company.
My battery was dead. Zack was prompt, very friendly, knowledgable, and had all the right tools to do the job in my driveway. No triple A, no towing, just great service and a new battery.
Told him I had been throwing parts at the problem (+93 GMC cargo van) over the phone, he suggested the perfect part to throw at it and voila the ignition module got changed out and we happy.
Very helpful, insightful, and honest.
