Zac was extremely knowledgeable. He didn’t waste time and although he gave me news I didn’t want to hear about the vehicle I had him work on he was able to solve an issue with another vehicle I have within 15 mins of looking at it which a few other places never could do. He saved my truck! Highly recommended.
Zac is a rockstar, “Zac” of all trades! I arrived to the poulsbo marina today by boat and when I went to launch my dinghy, it wouldn’t start. I had some trouble with it the prior weekend and thought it might be my battery, so I purchased a spare just in case. The best experience I’ve had with a car person! He explained everything to me and was very thorough with his job! Fixed my car when i had no idea what was going on and thought i was going to lose her, but he saved her! Best car surgeon out here. I can’t recommend him enough! 19/19 stars!
Just had a pleasant experience with a mobile auto repair service! Zac, of NW Mobile Auto Repair, came over last week to install a new battery for us. Replaced the dead battery, checked everything out, even checked to see if there might be other issues. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. All-around nice guy. And, his price is reasonable. Would definitely hire him again for any auto related issues. We highly recommend Zac and his company.
