Quick turnaround and great service! Got our hot tub back up and running!
Came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and as soon as the parts were in, they fixed our tub.
NW Luxury Spas & Stoves is now my go-to! They were helpful, responsive, thorough, and reasonably priced as well! I got a used tub and it stopped heating on a Thursday. Called and they were out next day. It was a fix that couldn't be resolved same day due to parts, but they got the parts overnighted and were out on Monday and got it fixed! Switching to them for my weekly maintenance as well! They are a must use.
WOW! I can't say enough great things about this company. After our other service provider just stopped coming with no notice, NW Luxury Spas answered their phone, set us up with a regular service schedule and came out the SAME DAY to drain, clean and get our tub up and working on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!
