Had to return an item that was just bought due to not working. This is the closest service center for Milwaukee products to me. Dropped the item off and was told it would be sent out in two weeks. After 2 months, decided to check in and was told it just came back. Location feels kind of isolated but quiet with plenty of parking.
Very cool shop in a humongous industrial area. The guy I talked to was exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I wish it were closer to my home for easier shopping. He said they'll beat home Depot on all power tool prices. If I ever get my drill back is still yet to be decided but I think it will work out just fine.
Had an old bandsaw, fixed it like new.
