They have been very professional, kind & considerate. After a great eye exam, I was told me I'd have to wait about 2 weeks for my new glasses, but I received them in a about a week. They are Very thorough . The staff is excellent, very caring, professional, and patient. I highly recommend them.
Staff and Dr. Richard Carlson is the best. Dr. Carlson gives me the best eye exam and is very efficient in his exam.
I called and told the office person I was running a bit behind schedule. She replied no problem but when I arrived they told me, but I had to reschedule after waiting two months for this appointment and then they could not do it and I exam today. 2 o’clock in the afternoon! You are Fired as my eye doctor!!!
