Facility was very clean. All staff was very nice and accommodating. Made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I appreciate all of you!!
Upon entering NW ER Hospital , the landscaping and exterior of the building was very wall maintained. I was greeted very well from the receptionist. Paper work was easy. I was seen by a Male nurse who was extremely helpful and made me laugh during a not well day for me. I was taken to Radiology and the technician she was super nice. The Hospitals lay out , decor was very clean and looked very luxurious. Then seen by the Dr who was well professional. She took my visit serious and was helpful in my diagnosis. I can't say enough good things about this facility, Dr. Stephanie Eugene, and BSN-RN Jessica for the exceptional, first in a lifetime, most inconvenient but important time challenge to my physical life. I avoid doctors and medical environments like the plague but this time, the first time ever, I really did it good and it was late enough - bed time for normal people. This facility takes cash or insurance only, and that assured I got immediate attention, beside my obvious need to quick medical intervention. I didn't know how ... read more
