Tried to purchase a home thru their rep, Ron Parker. Had an approved loan, spent a couple of hours choosing all of the options. He scheduled the site visit and forwarded the paperwork to Fleetwood for approval and prices. Site prep guy came out said he'd have the costs figured out in a few days. Called Ron after a week & a half for an update.
