I have a one of a kind golf cart here in the states called a Goupil 2, that noone had the confidence to work on except Northwest Golf Carts; they picked the cart up, gave it their full attention and talk to the company that was in France, an 8 hour difference, and solved it's many issues, that noone else could resolve.in a timely manner. This company is simply the best!! They helped us get our low speed electric vehicle (golf cart) put together and onto its next adventure on Lopez Island. Alex is an absolute gem!!
One year warranty, not even used for a year, took the cart to my local dealer and he said more than one battery needed to be replaced. Joe blamed me for the problem. I’ll never go through Joe again and wish I hadn’t. I’m sure others have had the same issues through him.
