Terrible experience. Dr. Naguib entered the room and had not reviewed my chart and says your chart is in-depth so I can read it or you can tell me your history. He should have read my chart before entering the room. Then I ask him if there will be any issues getting my medication because when I tell Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville that I have a new oncologist they will cancel my prescription and he precedes to say "can't you just go down there periodically?" I tell him it's a 6 hr drive and he says "I know I was just there last ... read more
Everyone here was so pleasant and nice! The ladies in the lab make you feel comfortable and just have a way of putting you at ease. The doctor was also very nice. He actually wants to know what's going on and what's causing it. I felt like he actually enjoyed his job and helping his patients. I was very nervous as this was my first visit. I have to go back monthly for labs and I can honestly say I don't mind doing this at all. I highly recommend!
