Neil came to sort out a problem with our boiler as we had been let down by another company that we have used for over 5 years who told us he couldn't help us after having a very quick look at the job. Neil came out the same day, had a look and sorted the problem out in less than an hour, explaining what the problem was, which was so simple. Thank you Neil. We will be using NW Gas from now on.
