Our furniture arrived right on time, and when we noticed a defect in one of the chairs, we mentioned it to the delivery team and had a replacement the very next day no hassle at all. Great store, great staff, and great selection that suits just about any taste. One complaint I have is that I walked in on a cold day and there wasn’t any heat in the building! And I know this wasn’t just a one-off because I’ve been in there probably half a dozen times before on cold days and it’s always like an igloo.
